Return Eligibility Requirements

To ensure a smooth return process and a full refund, please verify that your item meets the following sensational standards:

  • Condition: The item must be in its original, unused, and unopened condition.

  • Packaging: All original G Pens branding, boxes, and charging cables must be included.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt from an authorized G Pens retailer is required.

How to Process Your G Pens Return

Initiating a return is simple and takes less than two minutes:

  1. Contact Support: Email sales@gpenextract.com with your order number.

  2. Authorization: Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide the shipping address.

  3. Ship: Securely pack your G Pens and drop them off at your local carrier.

Note: Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Timelines & Expectations

Once your return arrives at our quality control hub, it will be inspected by a G Pens technician.
